The NUVELOS e-bike is available as a touring and trekking bike, in two sizes each and several possible equipment levels, with chain or hub gear and with two different types of engines. The built-in battery supports up to a cruising range of 100 kilometers.

Sangerhausen, 06.09.2019, der Rahmen des Rehau E-Bikes wird in einem für die Fahrradbranche einzigartigem Spritzgussverfahren gefertigt, besteht aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff und ist zu 100% recycelbar. Ende 2016 gründete der Polymerspezialist das Team NUVELOS und arbeitete an der Entwicklung des ersten Rehau E-Bikes.
„Auf der Suche nach einem starken Partner aus der Branche lag unser Augenmerk auf der Expertise im E-Bike Bereich sowie der langjährigen Erfahrung in der Fahrradproduktion“, erklärt NUVELOS-Chef Alexander Oelschlegel. „Die Sachsenring Bike Manufaktur mit Sitz in Sangerhausen bietet zudem noch einen sehr gut vernetzten deutschlandweiten Vor-Ort Service an, der meiner Meinung nach für ein E-Bike unabdingbar ist“, so Oelschlegel weiter.
Das NUVELOS E-Bike ist als Touren- und Trekkingrad, in jeweils zwei Größen sowie mehreren möglichen Ausstattungsniveaus, mit Ketten- oder Nabenschaltung und mit zwei unterschiedlich starken Motoren erhältlich. Der im Rahmen verbaute Akku unterstützt bis zu einer Reichweite von 100 Kilometer.

For more than 50 years, KYMCO has been active in motorized two- and four-wheelers, including (motor) scooters, motorcycles and quads. In addition, the company offers a wide range of electric scooters. Since 2018, electric bicycles have also been part of their product portfolio.
Kybe BV is the exclusive importer and licensee of the KYMCO brand in the Netherlands. The company does not have own production facilities for e-bikes and therefore has its current models being produced at Sachsenring Bike Manufaktur GmbH.
“This further important order in the rapidly growing e-bike field clearly shows us as a company that we are still on the right track,” Stefan Zubcic says, Managing Director of Sachsenring Bike Manufaktur GmbH. “With this fascinating contract, we can consolidate and expand our position as a mobility service provider in the German and European markets,” Zubcic explains.

Sangerhausen, 03.09.2019, ein weiterer namhafter Auftraggeber vertraut auf das Know-how und die Erfahrungen im E-Bike Geschäft und lässt ab sofort seine aktuellen Elektroräder in den Produktionshallen der Sangerhäuser fertigen.
Seit mehr als 50 Jahren ist Kymco im Bereich der motorisierten Zwei- und Vierräder tätig, einschließlich (Motor-)Roller, Motorräder und Quads. Zudem bietet das Unternehmen ein umfangreiches Sortiment an Elektroroller. Seit 2018 zählen auch Elektrofahrräder zum Produktportfolio.
