Automated lacing and truing combine efficient production with electronic measurement and traceable quality data.

Assembly built to scale with your product.
We assemble bicycles and e-bikes across three production lines, covering a wide range of platforms and volumes. Components are kitted to order and delivered directly to each workstation, keeping production responsive.

02Finishing
Finishes that bring engineering and brand identity together.
Our in-house finishing team handles prototypes, small batches and volume production. Paint systems, graphics and top coats are selected to suit the product, its operating environment and the finish required by the brand.
