Test planning & documentation
Project-specific test plans and documented sampling procedures are used throughout production, including at final inspection.

Test. Document. Approve.
Test requirements, measuring equipment and approval criteria are defined at project launch and carried through production. The scope of testing is tailored to the product and project, with internal checks backed by documented sampling. Where independent evidence is required, we coordinate qualified laboratories and the relevant product testing.

Final inspection is only one part of the process. Product, production and testing are aligned from the start of each project.
Project-specific test plans and documented sampling procedures are used throughout production, including at final inspection.
Dedicated test rigs, run-out measurements and electronic spoke-tension checks deliver consistent, repeatable results.
Testing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4210 and DIN EN 15194 can be coordinated with external laboratories to meet the requirements of each project.
Defined test procedures, calibrated measuring equipment and clear sign-off criteria provide assurance before production starts and throughout each run.
The applicable standards and scope of testing depend on the product and project requirements. External testing and certification are carried out by qualified laboratories.

QCWheel production
Automated processes and documented quality checks deliver consistent results across a broad range of configurations, including wheels with hub motors.
Quality process
From the initial requirements through to production sign-off, every project follows a clear, traceable sequence.
Agree the product, intended use and evidence required.
Set inspection points, sampling, measuring equipment and limits before production.
Carry out defined checks during manufacturing and final inspection.
Record findings, resolve deviations and issue a clear production sign-off.
